焙烧温度对铝土矿溶出性能的影响

由图3可知增加焙烧温度可以明显提高氧化铝的溶出率11随着焙烧温度的增加氧化铝溶出率变化均呈现先增加、后减少的趋势。
 
It can be seen from Fig. 3 that the increase of calcination temperature can significantly improve the dissolution rate of alumina. 11 with the increase of calcination temperature, the change of alumina dissolution rate first increases and then decreases.
 
马弗炉焙烧矿在585%左右达到该溶出条件下的值当焙烧温度高于585~C时溶出率开始下降。
 
When the roasting temperature is higher than 585 ~ C, the dissolution rate begins to decrease.
 
而微波焙烧矿在535℃时达到溶出率焙烧温度低于535c【=时溶出率随焙烧温度的升高而增加焙烧温度高于535oC时溶出率随焙烧温度的增加而降低。
 
When the roasting temperature is lower than 535c, the dissolution rate increases with the increase of roasting temperature, and decreases when the roasting temperature is higher than 535oc.
 
这说明活化焙烧存在适宜的温度区间在该温度范围内随着温度的增加矿石化学反应活性增大溶出性能得到明显改善。
 
The results show that there is a suitable temperature range for activation roasting, in which the chemical reaction activity of ore increases with the increase of temperature, and the dissolution performance is obviously improved.
 
但焙烧温度过高会降低矿石的化学活性使矿石的溶出性能恶化。
 
However, if the roasting temperature is too high, the chemical activity of the ore will be reduced and the dissolution performance of the ore will be deteriorated.
